This 100 year old home was restored in 2015. It was retrofitted with modern aspects to give it a 21st century touch. We came in and performed demolition and new framing, as well as using the original shiplapping boards to give the upstairs a rustic feel. Journeyman also helped install the spiral staircase and welded its framework for the story above.
